Sunbury Golf Club
CH Ventures were the principal funder in the corporate acquisition of Cater Properties Limited by Danescroft (Sunbury) LLP in September 2021. Cater properties owns 53 acres of land in Sunbury-on-Thames, leased to Crown Golf and forming approximately half of the land occupied by Sunbury Golf Club.
The site has medium/long term potential for residential development. A vision document has been prepared indicating the site’s capacity to provide c. 250 new homes, a 70 bedroom care home and a new and much needed medical centre. This would also enable the continued operation of an improved 18 hole golf course or the creation of a 32 acre country park.
Whitfield - Dover
CH Ventures are part of an investment club providing funding for this 10 year planning promotion agreement entered into and managed by Danescroft Land. Comprising 116 acres the land is allocated as part of The “Whitfield Expansion Masterplan” and has the potential to provide c. 1,050 new homes over several phases.
Planning application to be submitted in 2024 for Phase 1 comprising c.525 new homes.
Langley Park Road Buckinghamshire
Alongside Danescroft Land and Fiera Real Estate, CH Ventures is funding the cost of this 15 year Planning Promotion Agreement in respect of 121 acres of land located in Langley Park Road to the north of Slough.
The site has the potential for residential lead mixed use development comprising over 1,000 residential units and associated infrastructure.
